Plastic Components

The two Gepe injection moulding companies are manufacturing industrial plastic components for household, automotive and other industrial sectors. Apart from this both are supplying plastic parts to several of the other Gepe business areas.

The Gepe injection moulding companies together operate 78 injection moulding machines ranging from 25 to 1'000 tonnes. They are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and equipped with state of the art manufacturing facilities. This allows a very economical manufacturing of polymer components to the highest quality standards. The group provides support from the earliest development stage onwards and can provide its customers with a network of product designers and tool designers.

We work with tool makers in Europe and Asia whereby we support our customers in picking the right toolmaker for a certain tool and set of requirements. We work with EDI and can supply our parts just in time.   The two companies in this business area are Gepe-Biwex AB in Sweden with 39 employees and Gepe-Geimuplast GmbH in Germany with 41 employees.
